All personalised products require 100% advance payment before production begins.

For approved corporate or bulk orders, separate payment terms may be mutually agreed before order confirmation.

Orders will be processed only after the required payment has been successfully received.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.
  • Refuse orders that violate applicable laws or our business policies.

If an order is cancelled by us before production begins, any eligible payment received will be refunded.

Production & Delivery

Production begins after order confirmation and payment verification.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided for reference only and may vary depending on:

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before production has started.

Once production begins, cancellation requests cannot be accepted because every product is customised specifically for the customer.

Returns & Replacements

As all products are personalised, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for completed customised orders.

We provide replacements only if:

  • The product arrives damaged.
  • The wrong product is delivered.
  • The product contains a manufacturing defect.
  • The personalisation is incorrect due to our error.
